Refined across 650+ projects.
Home automation isn't a product you buy off a shelf. It's a system that has to be designed, built, installed, and supported. Here's exactly how we do it — and what you can expect at every stage.
Seven steps from first meeting to lifelong home.
Consultation.
This is where every project begins. We meet at our experience center or your architect's office — somewhere comfortable, where we can sit, sketch ideas, and review references properly. Site visits come later in the design phase, when there's something specific to coordinate on.
Listen to your vision. Understand your lifestyle, habits, and aesthetic priorities. Walk you through what's possible at your budget. Show you live examples at our experience center. Answer every question without a sales agenda.
Share your vision. Ask anything you want. There's no obligation to proceed — and no judgment either way. This is just a conversation.
Design.
We engineer a system specific to your home. Not a template adapted to fit. A design that maps every room, every device, every use case, every aesthetic priority — drawn directly against your floor plan.
Produce floor-plan drawings showing device placement and conduit routes. Define every scene, every automation trigger, every integration point. Present the design to you and your architect or interior designer if required. Revise until you're happy.
Review the design. Request changes — this is the phase where changes cost nothing. Approve the design to move to the Bill of Materials.
Bill of Materials.
A complete, itemised quote. Every brand, every model, every cable run, every accessory. You see exactly why each choice was made and what it costs. No line item is vague. No surprises appear later.
Prepare a detailed BOM with fully transparent pricing. Explain every choice — why this brand, why this model, what the alternative would cost. Walk you through it line by line if you want.
Compare, question, and request changes if needed. Approve when satisfied. We don't proceed until you've signed off.
Site Coordination.
This is where most home automation companies quietly fail. We stay closely involved with your site team — architect, interior designer, civil contractor, and electrician — so nothing falls through the cracks between disciplines.
Provide detailed wiring diagrams and conduit specifications for every wall, floor, and ceiling. Attend site coordination meetings. Mark all conduit positions and device locations. Liaise directly with your civil and electrical contractors. Flag any design changes that affect our system — early, not after the fact.
Keep us informed of any changes to your architect's plans. We handle the coordination that most clients underestimate.
Execution.
Installation begins. Our in-house team — not subcontractors — handles every aspect of device installation, programming, and integration. For home theaters, we manage acoustic treatment, speaker placement calibration, and display installation.
Install every device to specification. Program the system — scenes, schedules, automations, integrations. Maintain cleanliness on site. Provide regular progress updates. Respect your interior designer's finishes and timelines.
Walk through the site periodically. Approve milestones. Raise any concerns — we'd rather hear them during execution than at handover.
Handover.
Full system commissioning. Every scene tested. Every device verified. Every edge case checked. You and your household get a training session covering everything — the app, the keypads, the voice controls, the scenes. We sign off only when you're satisfied.
Commission and calibrate the complete system. Train you and your household, including domestic staff if relevant. Provide full documentation — every device, every password, every configuration. Hand over a system that works perfectly on day one.
Sign off when you're satisfied — not before. We won't rush handover to meet a billing deadline.
Lifelong Support.
This is where most home automation companies disappear. We don't. Your home is a living system — you'll add devices, change routines, expand rooms, upgrade platforms. We're there for every step, for as long as you own the home.
Annual system health checks. Software and firmware updates. Platform upgrades. Remote troubleshooting when something behaves unexpectedly. On-site visits when needed. Feature additions as you expand. We remain reachable on WhatsApp, always.
Call, WhatsApp, or message us any time. This is a lifelong relationship, not a transaction. We want to hear from you.
How long does a project take?
These are honest estimates from our project history — from Bill of Materials approval to handover. Site readiness and civil progress are the biggest variables.
2BHK or 3BHK. Lighting control, climate, and mobile app. Typically a wireless system. Straightforward scope.
Full system — lighting, climate, curtains, AV, security, and entry. Includes the site coordination phase with civil and electrical teams.
Dedicated theater or living room AV installation. Includes acoustic treatment, calibration, and a full training session.
Retrofit timelines depend heavily on existing wiring conditions and civil constraints. We'll give you a precise estimate after a site visit.
"You'll know exactly where your project stands at every moment."
A dedicated project manager assigned to your project from design to handover. A WhatsApp group specifically for your site — your architect, the civil team, and our team. Regular updates during execution. Always reachable, even for the smallest doubts.
